As an office assistant in the academic advancement center, I provide communication to students and a voice on behalf of the AAC staff to assure students have the best resource for aiding in school. I handle questions from students regard our tutortrac system that allows for students to sign-up/in for a tutor as well managing the inventory of students under CAP programs, Student Accessibility Services, etc. I file many degree audit reports, create letters of welcome for incoming freshmen, run mail errands for Barb Thomas, perform tasks for staff, and be a watchdog over the area. Central Foods Facility

Cooking duties that included preparation of dough, Cookies, bagels, etc. In regards to communication, assistant was given to cooks, student coordinators and leaders, higher level employees, etc.

Facilities Management

The task at facilities management was to tidy up the dorms within West Union sector of Ohio University. The additional work done was for Precollege when dorms were used in conjunction with managing the facility.
