Often in the field of education, the importance of student care and discussions on how best to support students' needs is an agreed upon priority for teachers. However, what is oft forgotten is that managers need to extend the same amount of care to their staff in order for effective student care to be carried out by said educators. Chase understands the importance of staff care and goes to great lengths to ensure that his staff feel supported so that they can effectively work as a team and also embed with other school teams and systems.
