  I started as a server, they cross trained me into prep, back prep, host, retail sales person, Togo’s, grill cook, dish, and in shift lead positions. Right now I am an ETC an Employee Training Coordinator. I make sure the rising stars and skill trainers are doing what they are supposed to. I do a lot of conference calls and also watch the front of the house. Making the guest experience and satisfaction is number one.
