  - Supervise the overall productive effort of the Communication, Navigation, and Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) systems repair work center. Ensure effective tasking of personnel and set work priorities for the best possible service to supported squadrons. - As a Collateral Duty Inspector monitor the technical qualifications within the work center. Ensure adequate cross training and on-the-job training is conducted to ensure broad and effective flight line support. Assist the SNCOIC in the supervision and execution of all training. - Assign, train, and monitor Marines in the execution of the Naval Aviation Maintenance Program (NAMP) collateral duty assignments. Conduct periodic collateral duty program inspections and direct corrective action as required. - Screen all incoming equipment, assist with in process and final inspections as required.
