Charvetta is very helpful in finding and recruiting the right people. She works well with new recruits throughout the interview process. She is very knowledgeable and an asset to the Human Resource department. Sincerely, James Cunningham EMT

From my first phone call from NJ to the vetting process at Mecklenburg EMS agency, Charvetta has always been on top of the difficult process of switching from NJ to NC as a paramedic. She is kind, knowledgeable, and her door/phone was always open. She is a professional in every sense of the word. Her disposition and demeanor helped me make the right choice in EMS agencies in NC. As a 2 year veteran now in the system, I have only met competent Medics and EMT's from all over the country, no doubt the product of Charvetta's tireless recruiting efforts.
