I joined an company as middle software engineer on a project for designing pipeline networks, road networks, power line networks and oil well placement. I worked on algorithms using the tools of geoinformation systems. After 1.5 years working for the project I promoted to senior software engineer in the company. Under my leadership (4-5 back-end developers and 1 front-end developer) I completed the project successfully. My company with the help of my team accumulated a lot of expertise in area of networks optimization and got new contact from another customer. Then over the course of the next year under my leadership my team had to implement new application for constructing tech schema of processing raw gas. I designed an architecture of application, API, schema DB and main algorithms implementation. I decomposed tasks for developers, helped them in performing tasks, coordinated my team, built development processes, run the daily meetings and created new sprints. Also I had half the time to participate in the development of the platform. Except development I configured CI-CD and application deployment. After the completion of second project I was given an application which was developing by another team. The application is used to construct a general plan. Now My team and I rewrite it to new requirements. I completely changed architecture existing application, implemented a new schema of DB with API. Now this project is in development. One of the most difficult parts of last year was team motivation in crisis time. The company was touched stressful times. It was important to preserve the working environment, to support the team. Based on these data I had to implement calculation of media metrics for advertising banners. The company first developed worked on IT product. It’s was startup. Development processes weren’t erected. In addition to implementation, I needed to come up methodology for calculating. Therefore I served as developer and analytic. Except me the team consisted of platform developer, neural network's developer, front-end developer and team leader. Despite the fact that I joined to company as junior developer I quickly became part of product, joined to architecture of application, presented product to clients as developer of this application on meetings.
