As an HR leader for PTI, Charrie was involved in a broad range of HR activities. As a business partner, Charrie worked with business leaders on compensation issues, employee relations concerns, and well as creating and rolling out HR programs. In particular, Charrie was focused performance management and leadership development at PTI. Charrie was instrumental leading changes in performance management over the past 5 years, laying the foundation for a shift in focus and joint ownership of real-time performance discussions. She developed a framework for development of our leaders, and initiated targeted training to build a common methodology for how we lead. Charrie spearheaded the roll out of our employee engagement survey process, and subsequent pulse surveys to monitor progress in between. Within the HR team, Charrie collaborated with the team, using her experience to provide guidance to others. She was always willing to step in where needed - a trait I fully appreciated!
