Joseph is a hardworking and skilled scenic carpenter. He thinks things through and implements quickly and effectively. I quickly realized I could give him the general idea of what needed to be dome and let him work. He required very little supervision, accepted notes and changes graciously and openly and was an extremely strong member of the team. Even with his superior skills he did not make other less skilled members of the team fell that they were any less important and encouraged their input on projects as well. Joseph is both a leader and a collaborator. My only regret in hiring him is that I did not know him well enough to have done so any earlier.
