  1. Analyzes and processes accounts payable in a timely manner. 2. Codes such items as invoices, check requests, etc., with correct codes conforming to standard procedures to ensure proper entry into the Sage system. 3. Handles all vendor correspondence via phone or email. 4. Investigates and resolves problems associated with processing of invoices. 5. Prepares vendor estimate reports weekly, and confirms receipt of all monthly recurring vendor payments via ACH transactions and wire transactions with corporate. 6. Receives, researches and resolves a variety of routine internal and external inquiries concerning account status, including communicating the resolution of discrepancies to appropriate persons. 7. Files, maintains, and distributes accounting documents, records and reports. 8. Assist in compiling information and preparing responses for corporate office for auditors during the annual external audit. 9.
