Besides, it was great working with someone who perfectly understands what users want and resolves every challenge putting them at heart in a creative way. Charmie Kim is one of the most talented product managers / game designers I have had the pleasure of working with. Her unique skill to analyse game telemetry and understand how this feeds back into the games feature set was invaluable to Lift London and its products. Charmie's time at Lift was not limited to her personal contribution she was also a fantastic line manager and mentor to her direct team and the studio as a whole.
