I was lucky enough to work with Charmayne for 4 years at CNA. She is amazing. First, there isn't a task Charmayne won't try to take on. She is willing to jump in and learn as she goes along - and her instincts are always spot on. She is not easily intimidated by things she doesn't understand. Rather, she has a curious nature that prompts her to research and explore until she is able to establish herself as a subject matter expert. Secondly, Charmayne is just an absolute pleasure to work with. She has a great attitude, is always willing to help and never shies away from a challenge. I was sorry to see her leave CNA, but I know she is growing and developing professionally in ways she would not have been able to in the role she was in. Without a doubt or the slightest hesitation, I would hire Charmayne in a minute!!
