Though I met Charmanie first at Ernst and Young during my training days, I only got to work with her at WNS. Before getting into financial operations, I got the privilege of attending few of her training sessions at the WNS leaving academy where she was a senior trainer at the time when I joined the organisation. She was an outstanding trainer and delivered few sessions in a remarkable manner, efficiently as possible, while successfully engaging the audience all the time. These sessions have been truly inspirational and I would not hesitate to recommend Charmanie as a trainer to any organisation. While in operations I noted that Charmanie is a hardworking person who would achieve any given target with utmost commitment towards work. I still remember her, as an enthusiastic professional who showed an impressive dedication and interest towards work. She was a quick learner of business processes and had a sound knowledge on technical matters. Her soft skills are highly commendable, which helps her with the daily stakeholder management.
