During the CUNY Public Policy Intensive, Charmaine and I worked together in a large group to create a transformative policy. Within the short amount of time that we worked together, Charmaine took the initiative and was integral in keeping our entire team focused. Her collaborative ability and exceptional communication skills kept the entire group of 30+ students on the same page. Charmaine is kind and assertive, her candid personality empowered all of us to work together effectively. I have no doubts that she would be an exceptional addition to any team!
