I was responsible for the updates on policies and procedures in line with legislation for compliance, and to ensure that training of staff was conducted. Responsible for Employee relations, and the conduct of all staff and that the disciplinary and progressive disciplines are maintained and adhered to. The submission for the annual Employment Equity report, and maintaining a database in preparation for the WSP and BEE reports. The recruitment of staff in the best turnaround time, and the retention of all staff members. Ensure that the performance appraisals are in place, conducted, and executed timeously and the individual scores are recorded. Maintain an accurate and confidential filing system as well as electronic individual files and folders in line with the POPI Act. To ensure compliance with regards to the COVID 19 regulations and the adherence thereof, and ensure staff training is conducted.
