      Helped set up a new service: “One-stop shop”. The aim of the new service was to enable the citizen to make a majority of their administrative procedures in one place, with one interlocutor. Implementation of educational tools for the training of agents (20): with the help of from different services, I created 5 training supports that were used for the training sessions and given, in paper version, to the agents. Wrote operational sheets for the application of procedures: by using the training supports and former operational sheets, I filled in a database (supplied by a service provider) with news and updated ones. Service’s performance analysis: after the opening of the service, I did a day to day investigation to highlight malfunctions in the service. A big part of that analysis was to study statistics from the telephone switchboard. Show less
