  As a retail analyst, I manage a group of Rage stores in a portfolio, ensuring their profitability and year-on-year growth. Motivate sales representatives to achieve their daily and monthly targets. Coordinate daily activities for retail staff as instructed by management. Identify and report key strengths and weaknesses of each Rage store in my portfolio. Submit daily reports and projects requested by senior management within allocated time frames. Conduct observations using cameras to assess customer service, staff behavior, store appearance and visual merchandising. Store Force- retail Workforce Management. Optimize schedules based on projected traffic trends and continuous assessment of store and employee performance. Focus staff on selling and non-selling activities to consistently achieve business targets aligned with customer trends. Share information, collect feedback and collaborate directly with store and field teams. Engage with retail employees by providing them with the necessary tools to support their day-to-day activities. Manage store schedules by ensuring they are generated on the system and making adjustments as per staffing requirements. Show less
