Charlotte a présidé durant l'année universitaire 2018-2019 le Bureau Des Résidents (BDR) de la Cité internationale universitaire de Paris. A la tête de ce groupe d'une centaine d'étudiants internationaux, elle a piloté de nombreux projets, fait le lien entre les différents collectifs et maisons du campus et représenté les autres résidents au conseil d'administration de notre établissement. Durant cet engagement, elle a démontré ses compétences en gestion de projets et sa capacité à en gérer plusieurs de front. Son plus gros projet restera sûrement la Fête de la Cité du BDR : 2 jours de festivités, plus de 3000 spectateurs, 30 000 euros de budget, 80 bénévoles, une grande soirée avec 800 personnes, un bar, une communication à déployer,...
