⬇ SE MIN PORTFOLIO HER ⬇ During the first half year at DSV Seeds, I accomplished to make a new brand, a product line consisting of 7 products and 4 new webshops. NatureGrass® product line (I registered the trademark). Today my product line consists of 11 products and is distributed in both stores and online webshops. My position in marketing is limitless because it also involves IT, sales, corporate communication, product development, developing new webshops for 4 different segments and a redo of all marketing material (brochures, roll-up, ads etc.), running a comprehensive digitalization project both in ERP and various online platforms etc. I do yearly marketing planning; Google ads for 3 segments, Newsletters for 5 segments, blogs, campaigns with bloggers/influencers, SoMe ads, distribution of more traditional print media, graphic design, POS, press releases, coordinate fairs, marketing material, our brochures, dealer campaigns, new product development (content/seeds, box-design, print, packaging, material, distribution, regulations, technical specifications) I am also managing our new market Sweden and expanding to the platform Maykers.dk I successfully hosted our two annual grower meetings online in January 2021 and just finished our new webpage: www.dsv-froe.dk A list of the external marketing team which I manage (on weekly basis): www.vestjyskmarketing.dk Wølund & Wraae - ehandelsbureauet.dk www.fxa.dk www.galgrafisk.dk www.agrikom.dk And various suppliers The most comprehensive projects I am currently running (besides my marketing tasks): #DKVILD in cooperation with Holstebro Kommune (Danmarks Vildest Kommune) Marketing plan for entering a new market: rapeseed Strategy for developing market share in B2B-sales New product design Innovative solutions for recyclable sustainable packing concepts Show less

Overall responsible for all SoMe planning and execution which means that I was responsible for strategy, creative production of content and execution of online communication, including online marketing, social media ads, budget, marketing- and customer-analysis, development of customer loyalty etc. Growth hack: Facebook audience since 2016: 7424 -> 14.149. Reach in 2017: 1.282.508 I continuously worked on strengthening our members' businesses by offering courses on different levels and advice to optimise their online presence. Around 270 members. My mission was to visualise values of the destination and our members online and by this creating a stronger bond between the tourism businesses B2B and the visitors B2C. 80% of our guests are German. Through my job I was a volunteer at local music- and sports-events, art-projects and settlement-events in the municipality (Kunst i Slusen , Generator, Kulturnetværket Ringkøbing Fjord, WATERZ). I was part of Danske Digitale Destinationer a digital management network across Denmark, on strategic development of digital, in regards to communication-platforms, content etc. Show less
