Charlotte, is a passionate, focussed individual, with a creative and entrepreneurial spirit. In the time I managed Charlotte, she excelled across all key areas of her role; PR and marketing, events, social media and community engagement. Her personality and drive make her an irresistible force in the workplace and a real asset for any company that hires her.

Sophie McAslan

I learnt so much from Charlotte while I was working with her at Port Stephens Council. She acted in a professional manner at all times and was always willing to provide support and constructive feedback. Her enthusiasm for her work was always evident and I hope to mirror her career success.

Doubled our marketing recognition and increased our reach through digital marketing and Sustainable Seafood Day festivals. As part of the Australian Government sponsored Australian Youth Ambassador for Development (AYAD) program I was responsible for implementing a communications strategy to enable Ni-Vanuatu to access TVET's income generating training and education courses. There are 3 official languages in Vanuatu and over 138 indigenous languages, access to internet is limited with most villages without electricity so I had to get creative with communication. I developed relationships with key influencers and media. I created a radio show which is still running today. My role was two-fold to also build the capacity of my team, I think I ended up learning much more than what I could impart.
