Charlotte has been our Account Manager at Slice for almost a year now and long may that continue! Her enthusiasm is infectious (which means we often pick up the phone rather than email!). She checks in regularly even when we're not expecting it, and doesn't hesitate to go the extra mile. She took the time to really understand our brand which was really important to us, and it's reflected in the quality work Slice have done for us. I wouldn't think twice about recommending Charlotte or Slice!

In June 2013, I completed an internship with the branding design agency ‘Fitch.’ Here I worked with many clients and on projects such as Nokia, Phillips, Ladbrokes, Jack Daniels and Co-op. I was in charge of the Co-Op and Nokia client services team and frequently met and conversed with clients whilst relaying their feedback to the designers. Other tasks at Fitch included me resourcing, budgeting, using sales force, attending meetings, filling out status reports and attending conference calls. Working as a part time sales assistant during university has given me the opportunity to broaden my customer service skills. My job as a sales assistant involves me dealing with the general public on the pushchair and car seat section, making sales sometimes up to £1000 from a single customer. I have often been rewarded and acknowledged for my friendly and reassuring nature by customers telling management about the service they received from me. My time at Sainsbury's helped massively with my interaction and people skills. As being on the checkouts is constantly dealing with people, I became confident building relationships with the public and ensuring they had a delightful shopping trip. I was nicknamed 'Smiles' during this job as I would constantly have a smile on my face. A smile will get you a long way I say. During my time at Grayling I developed many skills I plan to take into the industry with me. Whilst here I worked on an English Heritage brief organising a colouring competition for children which I later analysed and logged the data into excel- because of my hard work I was allowed to chose the winner and contact them with the good news! I also dealt with a number of clients on the phone, informing newspapers of events that my clients were undertaking. During my work experience here, I shadowed practice partner Denis Woulfe. Whilst shadowing, I frequently sat in on client meetings, worked with the HR department and spent a day on the switch board dealing with further clients.
