My administration role at H&M was a full time Management position. Having the opportunity to develop leadership skills at a young age really helped me to progress and move forward in my career. The main duties of this role included: - Cash Handling- Payroll for approx. 30 members of staff- Ordering of office supplies / general sundries required for the store.

When I first started my employment with H&M in 2017, I was only 17 years old. I started as a full time sales assistant. Being a sales assistant has equipped me to deal with working in a fast paced environment. As well as this it has helped me to develop my communication skills to help build strong working relationships.

During my time at Chichester college I took on a part time sales assistant role with Mothercare. Unfortunately my employment for the company was cut short because the Chichester store was closed. However, during my time at Mothercare I was able to work on the shopfloor serving customers which massively helped my communication skills along with my confidence. I was given experience in handling deliveries and stock management. During my time at Chichester college I took on a part time sales assistant role with Mothercare.
