  Taking my own time out of work, I organised a work experience placement with Next Catalouge. I attended a 2 day 'on location' photo shoot with the floristry service and was given responsibility to style to style and enhance products using my own creative flair. I was able to gain valuable insight into the dynamics of working on location. I proved to be a valued member of the team as I was able to work closely alongside the photographer and was able to liaise with the external florist team throughout.

  After contacting the Senior Stylist at Home Retail Group in Milton Keynes, I arranged a 2 week period of voluntary work experience within the team. Here I gained valuable knowledge of the running and day to day activity of a studio environment. I was asked to assist with shoots by preparing garments and products for the stylist, art workers and photographers. Within the last week of my work experience, the team were attending an 'on location' photo shoot in London. I was invited to join them and using skills that I had learnt previous to this, I was able to support at a high standard with dressing and preparing product.
