In my role I worked into both an Account Director and Business Directors on clients including TUI (First Choice and Thomson Cruises), William Grant (Drambuie and Glenfiddich), MCM, Microsoft and Clive Christian. On a daily basis I work alongside community managers, producers, designers and developers to deliver high quality work across brand's social channels and websites. This includes overseeing the creation of content calendars, social assets (static and video), content series, campaign microsites and various influencer marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: • Managing client relationships: communicate and consult effectively with key client stakeholders, being the first point of contact at all times. Working closely and holding strong relationships with all agency partners to ensure they have everything they need for the smooth running of the account. • Production: working alongside producers, designers and editors to organise photography and video shoots, create video content series, campaign microsites and social assets (both static and moving). • Creative and Strategic: working with Creative Strategists to form tights briefs which produce creative ideas that stem from genuine consumer insight and span digital, PR and in-store. • Finance: completing project budgets and monthly reconciliations to track time spent to ensure that each project is being completed within budget, always flagging where workload may exceed this. Liaising with suppliers to raise POs and confirm all invoices. Experience working with Paprika finance system for expenses and POs.
