•Managed Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) directed Superfund Project operations for full-scale Phase I and Phase II Site-Sampling assessments from inception to completion. •Acted as project manager and coordinated all logistical activities for site sampling investigations including site-sampling team staffing assignments/responsibilities, work design, sampling locations, etc. •Prepared site-sampling work design and implementation plan, SITE SAFETY WORK DESIGN AND WORK IMPLEMENTATION PROPOSALS, in accordance with EPA standard operating procedures for each site-sampling investigation. •Conducted all initial reconnaissance visits to assess potential routes of exposure to target populations and the resulting environmental effects. •Determined site hazardous waste history by researching land ownership and property titles records, public utility locations, affected aquifers, land use history and potential hazardous chemical exposures, etc. •Evaluated site historical data using governing Federal regulations to determine site status. •Met with various Chief Executive, Chief Financial and Health and Safety Officers, company managers, supervisors, legal staff, etc., of major corporations in a seven state area to present an overview of site sampling strategies, and, upon completion, investigative findings during Entrance and Exit Conferences. •Analyzed all site-sampling data and recommended site hazardous waste status to senior management. •Reviewed and evaluated hazardous waste site specific file materials and assessed site specific information to compose, draft, edit and finalize technical reports. •Authored and coordinated transmission of all project deliverables, including work implementation and design reports, site assessment reports, remediation proposals, samples, etc., to contract holder (EPA). Cultured monoclonal carcinogenic tissue to maintain tissue integrity and prevent random cellular mutation.
