  Title: "Challenges in biogas production: increasing methane yields from residual biomass and moving towards standardisation of research methods." I studied the effect of an aerobic treatment between two aerobic stages on secondary waste-water sludge. In parallel I contributed to the development of an open-source package in R: “biogas”, as well a web application which facilitate a fast, precise and reproducible analysis of data from BMP tests.
