Charlotte works dedicated and structured with the tasks given and she always takes complete ownership until the very end. Charlotte is a competent communicator e.g. in connection with describing changes to existing or new procedures and implementation of these. She has the capability of understanding complex processes end-to-end and has had the role as SPOC for policy system and procedures related to travel insurance. Also Charlotte has played an important role in relation to description of requirements for new system features.
