I am currently working as a Travel Administrator booking flights, car hire and hotels on a daily basis and carrying out day to day admin duties. I have worked in travel for over 10 years so I have a lot of knowledge within the industry and have a wealth of customer service. Previously I have managed a team of up to 15 members of staff and enjoyed the challenges I was faced with. As I have now been with SKM for 3 years I feel that I am ready for a new challenge. My duties are - Managing my own workload Booking flights, car hire and hotels Ensure all the documents needed to make a booking are correct according to the travel policy and all the necessary approvals are in place Refer travellers to Bcerta for a medical depending on which country they are travelling to Use the ISOS system to advise traveler of the recommended vaccinations that they are required to have and book this with MASTA if needed Monitor the driving licence database and ensure we receive an update copy of their driving licence every six months and upload all documents onto Track Record Complete the weekly report that is sent from Portman Travel and send to the accounts team I am keen to learn new skills and willing to take on extra responsibilities which I know will allow me to challenge myself in new opportunities.
