  As a PSS at the Sisters Branch of the Deschutes Public Library, I help our customers with their information needs [readers advisory, ready reference, etc.], materials handling and a wide variety of clerical tasks. Additionally, I am a Volunteer Liaison, in charge of the Volunteer Program at our branch of 30 to 40 volunteers. My duties as Volunteer Liaison include: recruitment, interviewing, training and recognition of each volunteer.
