  Providing pedagogic leadership for the department, playing a key part in raising standards of learning and teaching through collaboration, coaching and by supporting the professional development of my colleagues. Leading the department when our students have received Top of the World in Media Studies three times. Together, we have continued to develop our vision to create a climate of high quality professional dialogue, nurturing professional relationships, collaboration and supporting the professional growth of individuals and the team in general.
