  Avidity Group Ltd is the parent company of McCurrach, Wave, Thumbprint and SellexAs a Recruitment Advisor on our Tactical team I support the Tactical field team and division to deliver fast paced recruitment campaigns in the UK & Ireland.Some of the tasks I carry out include:• Advising line managers on the most appropriate methods of recruitment and selection• Ensuring the candidate experience is delivered on each and every occasion. • Manage and develop recruitment processes.• Deliver the full end to end attraction, recruitment and selection process for various campaigns.• Managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.• Designing new recruitment material as required.• Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and Team to ensure all campaigns are recruited for within tight timescales and delivered fully.• Seek innovative ways of delivering recruitment and selection to remain competitive and attract volume applications.• Adapt and work well within a changeable environment.
