      - Employed initially as a Temporary Recruitment Consultant to maintain existing clients and bring on new business. I was given the responsibility of doing permanent recruitment for the branch. Along with being promoted to a Senior Consultant with the task of running the Commercial Permanent unit (which consisted of 3 Consultants, unit was started on the 1st July 2007). This involved doing daily touchdowns with consultants, conducting meetings and being responsible for keeping motivation high, and ensuring targets are achieved. - Daily activity involved developing new business over the telephone and through meetings with potential clients, while developing and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Along with candidate interviewing and actively canvassing them into the local market place. - I was also the Perm Trainer for the region, and ran a ½ day workshop once a month, along with holding weekly perm conference calls in order to increase motivation.
