As a Member Services specialist at the on-campus Student Recreation Center I was responsible for a variety of tasks. Performed as marketing and event coordinator with a small start-up company in Paris, France. I did marketing and outreach to find partnerships, advertised our movies and events, wrote articles for a local Parisian newspaper, edited our website, and attended and worked all of our events where I focused heavily on customer service and networking throughout the local Paris area. I presented to tourists, other companies and businesses, and attempted to gain more sponsorships as well as customers. Conducted a case study as a Consultant for the Tourism Sector of Lyman Orchards, an apple orchard and recreation center in Middlefield, Connecticut, to help brainstorm ideas to bring more tourism and expansion to their business through phone interviews, data collections, statistics, and creative and critical thinking. The case study was accumulated over a few months and submitted to Lyman Orchards where they used parts of our business model to improve their business, particularly in the offseason. My work helped expand the reach of Lyman Orchards as well as bring innovative events and business opportunities all the way from Texas. Show less

Was responsible, over the Summer, for all internship duties where I assisted in event planning, answering phones, Excel, working with and assisting patrons, and organizing events and documents. Wrote, directed, filmed, edited, as well as all other expected duties, as a videographer with the on-campus newspaper, The Battalion. The videos I worked with were centered around on-campus activities and off-campus activities, mainly in the local Bryan-College Station area. Did videos from "What Is TAMU's Reason To Smile" to "Aggie Muster" to "Lanes vs Canes Rivarly" to many other creative and structured events in the area!
