The innovation team at James Heal have two main responsibilities, existing product development (EPD) and new product development (NPD). I joined the team to help with the EPD and NPD research process in order to identify practical and logical areas of investment. In my role, I am responsible for finding and analysing a large amount of quantitative and qualitative data. So far my work has been well received by management, and I have been praised for my ability to present information in an engaging and informative way. To support me in my role, I completed a 2-day Microsoft Project Essentials training course held by QA, and I recently started a PMI project management course. Show less

Key accounts that I managed include the USA, Japan, Germany and Italy. I assisted with quoting where necessary, I processed orders, managed expectations and oversaw their completion, and I liaised with our technical team and engineers to help with a range of matters. Furthermore, if there was no sales channel partner in that country, I was directly responsible for that market, such as Ireland and Peru.
