To achieve this, I regularly collaborate with stakeholders to align our roadmap and backlog to ensure we are in fitting with the global strategy and delivering the value required by our customers. I ensure to communicate the value delivered, key achievements, blockers and lessons learnt to stakeholders and senior management on completion of each sprint.
