Puppet is the strategic tool used for configuration and endpoint management for the entire server estate of >130,000. This includes enforcing the security and compliance standards globally and executing critical tasks such as OS patching and vulnerability remediation. As product owner I am responsible for managing the roadmap, backlog, managing the priority and setting achievable and measurable OKRs for each quarter. To achieve this, I regularly collaborate with stakeholders to align our roadmap and backlog to ensure we are in fitting with the global strategy and delivering the value required by our customers. I ensure to communicate the value delivered, key achievements, blockers and lessons learnt to stakeholders and senior management on completion of each sprint.
