Sebastian Soto

Charlotte was one of the greatest additions to the team. As a product manager, there were times I needed insight from the team over in Wrexham where Charlotte acted as the representative/ liaison. She was always quick with her responses and always willing to assist with some of the technical aspects. Charlotte also took point in ensuring the test data was prepared prior to a release checkout of any new functionality promoted onto the platform. Her professionalism, work ethic and personality made her an absolute joy to work with. Compound that with her analytical skills, quick learning and understanding of Operational tasks / processes, makes her an invaluable asset to any team and/or organization she is a part of.

I worked part time for Tesco whilst studying. I worked on various departments including stock control and checkouts. During this time, I developed great customer service skills and learnt the importance of stock control, product loss and KPI’s. I worked part time for Tesco whilst studying.
