My marketing skills were greatly expanded full circle with responsibilities in design, customer perception, brand image within leading supermarkets and SEO. I prepared a presentation on customer perception which I presented at advertising agency MOTHER LONDON in Shoreditch.

  I set up my own business - HYPE - at the age of 17 through a government scheme called Young Enterprise which was ran through my Sixth Form. As the Managing Director, I ran a team of 11 others, and ran weekly meetings leading up to events the business ran. The business was a specialist events company, which organized and ran under 18 nightclub experience nights which became highly successful due to the marketing strategy and relationship with the club owner and in house security. Everyone involved gained profit on return investment and we also donated profits to local charities. The role developed my creativity, problem solving skills and management skills greatly; I had to constantly adapt and change my management style as we took on new projects. Due to my examination commitments and leadership within other parts of my sixth form, I could not continue to manage HYPE, but look to trade under this name again.
