I happened to sit next to Charlotte at a networking event and its turned out to be one of those unscripted bits of good luck that come around now and again. I mentioned to Charlotte a bit of a tricky business situation I was in and got some great advice which she followed up with perfectly executed piece of diplomatic flair. The outcome is the problem solved with minimal fuss and effortless efficiency on Charlottes part. Sometimes it takes a professional approach and high skill set, and I have to say I am glad I sat in the right seat on that day. A pleasure to work with………that’s all!
