  Career highlights include Building the HR function from scratch: I was Bettys first ever HR manager and when I left the organisation HR was flourishing, adding value at strategic and day to day levels with core competencies in Learning and Development, reward and policy. This included a period between March 2015 and January 2016, where I was part of a team holding an interim structure following the departure of the Bettys MD. Playing a leading figure in the Organisational Development of Bettys and Taylors Group, through a period of unprecedented change for the organisation, enabling the business to become more future focused, externally aware and strategic.
