In Brief: Oversee the creation and delivery of communications for Wales PPA staff, members and liaise with other stakeholders. Duties: • Write, edit and produce the national members’ magazine, small talk; source unique content from prominent figures and professionals in the early years sector. Sell space within the magazine to potential advertisers. • Author, subedit (where necessary) and oversee design for all print and electronic communications materials, eg website, e-marketing, promotional leaflets, ads, publications. • Liaise with designers, printers and other relevant parties to develop briefs and create resources. • Work with support teams to produce advocacy materials for members and early years providers. • Manage and edit the Wales PPA and Cwlwm websites from a content and user experience (UX) perspective using a bespoke CMS. • Create and lead day-to-day as well as long-term social media activities; monitor, track and analyse how effective social media posts are.
