This is a 6 month internship that I undertook as part of my year abroad. I worked with the facilities department to ensure that the needs of the clients, lawyers and their assistants were met. My main roles were as follows:- Greeting clients and ensuring their needs are met- Setting up AV equipment- Distributing mail to the lawyers in their offices- Completing filing, scanning and printing work for the lawyers, depending on individual needs- Maintaining all kitchens well stocked- Delivering mail to the post office
