      I am responsible for developing, promoting and performance managing the research portfolios across multiple hospitals within Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust. Financially I am responsible for managing research budgets, reviewing costing templates for commercially sponsored studies and negotiating budgets with external stakeholders to ensure we meet commercial targets set each year by the Trust board. I support clinicians with grant applications including calculating costs and forecasting income in order to make decisions such as future staffing or spend in that financial year.
