Charlotte and I worked together during her time at Gaddum. She led the repositioning and rebrand of the charity – it's still one of my favourite projects. During that time, Charlotte worked with a range of stakeholders and with True North, organising and making the process smooth. She's really easy to work with, super organised and has great communications skills. It was a pleasure to work on the project.

Working on tight deadlines, I successfully work across multiple organisations to deliver projects on time and within budget. Collaboration is key. And that’s where I thrive, partnerships work. This is a newly created role at the social behaviour change agency where I am working part-time. Supporting clients from the charity sector, public health and local government, my role is to project lead on campaigns, bring new ideas in collaboration on a range of activities. This includes co-producing our products and services with the people who matter across all grassroots communities and backgrounds. One of the large-scale pieces of work I have been supporting is the development is the use of a dementia friendly app called Greater Moments. This has meant working with tech developers, and people with lived experience to develop the app. I have also reshaped the marketing strategy and GDPR and other operational compliance for the business. Within the role I have also sought and created business development opportunities, writing and preparing funding applications.

Working with 400 direct staff and a total of 8,000 retailer staff I highlighted and delivered projects out within the community in partnership. One major scheme of work is managing the centre's fountain fund which attracts hundreds of charities requesting to work with the centre. Projects have included a North West emergency services event, embedding the first UK shopping centre autism friendly resource to name a few. In the time I worked at the centre, volunteering, community project work and understanding local need with staff has increased immensely. As well as this I helped to re structure the centre's community development strategy. The autism project I managed at intu Trafford Centre resulted in a group wide project so that all customers can benefit from the autism friendly training and resources that have been created.
