We work with clients to develop training courses to suit their specific industrial needs, providing cost effective services resulting in a skilled workforce.Greenway Training offer a participatory training style of instruction to ensure full understanding and maintain interest throughout the training day. Our trainees are assessed to meet the increasing demands required by Health and Safety legislation and achieve Certificates of Competence in many work aspects. South West Regional Surveyor advising members on land use issues including planning, diversification, private & public rights of way, single farm payment, tenancy matters, agri-environment schemes, animal health and environmental issues. Through member enquiries and sitting on various stakeholder boards I am able to effectively respond to policy consultations as I am aware of areas in policy which affect landowners and rural businesses. I also endeavor to keep our members up to date via our magazine where my articles are published on the latest news, regulations and current grant funding available. I also attend the major rural shows such as the Royal Bath & West, Badminton, Devon County and Royal Cornwall Shows, where we hold breakfast seminars and are available to answer member enquiries. Assistant Land Agent

Working as assistant rural surveyor. Principle client being the Duchy of Lancaster. Managing the Crewe & South Survey Estates, which extend, in all, to some 6,000 acres. Management of 17 fully equipped agricultural holdings, 100 residential properties and a number commercial and miscellaneous lettings, including: telecommunications; equine; industrial and commercial leases.Day to day management duties included a range of work, principally: landlord & tenant; land use & diversification; management of the natural environment & landscape; housing maintenance; repair & improvement; planning; real estate management; purchase, disposal & leasing and health & safety. Responsible for rental arrears and invoice management for all estates.
