Contracted as part of a team by the NZ Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFAT). - Development of a National Labour Migration Policy and Action Plan for Tuvalu. - Part of a team contracted by the ILO to produce a compendium of legislation and institutional arrangements for labour migration in Pacific Island countries. - A mid-term evaluation of the Strengthening Pacific Partnerships programme that is designed to build labour sending capacity in Pacific Island countries. - Part of a team contracted by the (former) NZ Department of Labour to evaluate the first two years of the RSE policy.
