The store design and the whole store concept belong to marketing. A strategically correct location of store design since the objective must necessarily include a functional omnichannel concept. Main results: Strategic description and execution plan for how the board's objectives regarding an ambitious growth target were presented and approved. New store layout designed and made ready as an instruction manual and rebuilding initiated either fully or partially. Survey of current situation (turnover, traffic, challenges), determination of KPI’s and selection of future partners (Advertising agency and production suppliers), has been carried out. Primary and secondary focus areas have been designated and marketing works in collaboration with procurement and sales targeted accordingly. The tasks vary from managing productions, idea-generating and media planning as well as execution for the 3 kitchen brands HTH, Invita and unoform. Budget responsibility and management responsibility for 14 employees. Significant results: The position as Marketing Manager was new in Nobia Denmark and, from the start of June 2013, the aim was to optimize and streamline the marketing function. Instead of 3 separate departments, one single marketing department was created. The merge took place in September 2013 and synergies were fully utilized from December 2013. This resulted in significant savings of up to 18% in both personnel and operating costs. In addition to the focus on the marketing department itself, several processes were initiated to ensure optimized collaboration with other departments in the administration as well as with the stores in Scandinavia. In 2013, a new function was added to the marketing department: Store layout - also called store building - a function that ensured that the stores were also at the forefront of the omnichannel process. Other results to be mentioned: Brand and project building of HTH GO, Lean in the administration, building PR strategy, introducing and implementing a digital asset management system (DAM), developing and executing a new Invita brand concept as well as the HTH Core concept.
