MONDAY Haircare is becoming the fastest growing brand within the ZURU Edge portfolio at +84% in 2022, exceeding budget forecast by 14.7%. This growth was driven by launching MONDAY in 13,994 retailer stores, across 13 countries. In addition, I manage directly and supported on-the ground Country and Account Managers to launch and grow the brand in some of the biggest retailers across globe, for example: Target, Ulta, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, CVS, Shoppers Drug Mart, Tesco, Boots, Asda, Sainsburys, Albert Heijn, Etos, Rossman and Kaufland. In total, I work with over 60+ retailers across the globe, across 23 countries. My leadership responsibilities include:- Setting strategic objectives for MONDAY across the world and working with key internal stakeholders, including the Co-founder, CEO, COO, Director of the Beauty, and Account Managers to ensure these strategies are executed and implemented to a high standard.- Build and execute New Business Development roadmap and ensure business tools reflect our objective.- Facilitate and align our marketing team to these key objectives making sure they are well represented within our brand marketing plan.- Ensure New Product Development timelines are executed and the supply and demand process is cohesive and is in-line with expected forecasts. I held this role for three months, before being fast-tracked into a bigger role with MONDAY Haircare. Private Brands become a big focus for two of ZURU’s brands, Rascal + Friends (nappies) and ME (period care). My tasks were to work collaboratively with the respective Commercial Leads of each brand to implement each product into private label tenders and seek out sales opportunities. During my time, I submitted tenders for ME to the New Zealand government’s period care initiative of providing free period products to schools across the country. This tender included the opportunity to work with a local charity (KidCan) to support product education for local schools. Show less
