I currently interview for Camp America, which entails interviewing the applicants who apply to take part in a summer abroad. Before their applicant becomes live for directors to see, they have to undergo a face-to-face interview and then I write up a report based on the information provided. I make sure that they are suitable for the programme and I am in contact with head offices about any applicants that provide difficult information. I taught the children the basics of English style riding, instead of Western style. Starting at 6:30 am to clean out the stables, feed them and make sure they are ready for the lessons. Repeated in an evening and then checked on at 8 pm. I helped with the general care of the children on special days. Each time I was placed on an activity it would be a different one where my skills in that activity could be basic. I taught the children the basics of English style riding, instead of Western style. Starting as a Retail Operative in April 2014 and became Supervisor in November 2014. As a Retail Operative I had the basic duties of folding women's shirts and hanging women's clothing, with general household duties to undertake. I would have to help put out returns or help other struggling areas. Sometimes I would work on the tills handling cash and card transactions or at customer services dealing with refunds and returns. As Supervisor I had to make sure that all my team was accounted for and I would hold team meetings to update them on what was said to me in the Supervisor and Manager meeting. I would have to complete the New Lines sheet and make sure all the new products where out on the shelves, as well as check to see if all the correct promotions where on display. I had to make sure that my department would be complete for the shop closing time. I had to manage more than one department at a time.
