Charlie was a great team player when working together to meet deadlines and goals for group projects. He was self driven and always brought new ideas to the table. Charlie and I were tasked with multiple B2B marketing projects to create stimulating, personal selling material. This included podcasts, webinars, and even infographics that were intended to demonstrate our understanding of the quality aspects required when creating B2B content. When under the pressure of meeting deadlines, Charlie would have have a clear timeline set up after the assignment was given to us and would hold everyone accountable including himself to tasks that needed completion. Overall, Charlie was a huge asset to the team and I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who exemplifies leadership and high competence in the field of Business.

Charlie worked for me as a Sales Team Leader at JMU with The AroundCampus Group. He was by far one of the best leaders I had in the field. He worked with a team of three that grew to a team of five and made sure with each new addition the transition was smooth. Charlie always has a plan and will go way above and beyond to make sure that the tasks, or sale is completed. He is dedicated 100% to his team, making sure to always put his team first. Charlie led by example, even driving over an hour away (while he was off and on the way to a family event) to close down one of his biggest sales of the summer! If you want someone who is going to give it their all every day, with eager intensity, you want Charlie to be apart of your team. I would highly recommend Charlie to any future employer and cannot wait to see what all the future holds for him!
