Centaurs is the leading youth rugby, netball and touch club, facilities management, event management and kids’ sports company in Singapore. My role was to ensure the operations of the business and all contractual obligations were in order. Centaurs is a SME with an annual turnover between $1-2M. My role was in business development, project coordination and on-going customer support of synthetic pitches. Annual turnover was ≈$1M. Responsibilities included:• Compiled and presented tender documents for advised installation proposals to stakeholders and executives for sports fields, drainage, lighting, maintenance and storage options• Coordinated the procurement and logistics for the installation of 3 International school fields totalling ≈$2M working closely with vendors to ensure projects finished within timeframe and budget• Sourced new contacts and partnerships, and built lasting professional relationships with key personnel• Led a team of 4 contractors problem solving relatable issues with existing and prospective clients• Managed ongoing maintenance contracts and renewal negotiations
