Charlie is the kind of leader that people enjoy working hard for in order to get the job done. He always strives to do the right thing and embraces changes when there is a benefit to the business, whether it be a hard or soft benefit.

Charlie and I worked together for 12 years. During this time, Charlie oversaw the operations of the warehouse and its staff. He was responsible for the budgeting of the facility as well as the performance of the associates under him. Charlie and I would communicate daily to ensure proper flow of information was being shared in order to best service the needs of the customers. He consistently met and exceeded the forecasted goals set by our corporate office as they related to on-time performance, backorder management and cartons per hour. With his guidance, he spearheaded the reorganization of the facility to better maximize the flow of goods both into and out of the facility. He easily dealt with individuals at all levels within the organization, both at the Canadian location and our corporate office in Cleveland, Ohio. He always maintained a professional manner in all aspects of his job. I could consistently count on Charlie to get the job done.
