After working with Charlie Freund for six years, I can say that he is truly someone who takes the time to look deeper and find a better way of doing things. Charlie was renowned for analyzing data and creating better tools for us to grow and become more efficient as a company. One of Charlie's strengths is his willingness to do research. Charlie would always put in the time to find best practices, look through Tableau data, sift through registration trends, and to listen to our clients' feedback. He can see past the horizon and anticipate longterm benefits and consequences like few other people I have met. Charlie's determination to improve himself and iD Tech's operational practices was something that I really admired. In many ways, I saw him as a mentor. If I ever needed to see the other side of a problem or I was hitting roadblocks on a project, Charlie was a person I could turn to for insight. It helps that Charlie is approachable. In many ways, Charlie is an ideal coach. He helps you see where you can improve, and he socratically guides you using smart questions. I would gladly work with and for Charlie if given that opportunity. I cannot recommend Charlie enough. If you need more insight into Charlie's qualifications, please feel free to directly message me.

Charlie was my direct supervisor at iD Tech. He is a truly invaluable leader that any organization would be lucky to work with. His strengths are as follows: Charlie encourages his teams to grow by regularly evaluating performance and setting new challenges. He’s an emphatic coach that succeeds in bringing out the best in people by giving them the tools and resources they need to excel in their work. He encourages new ideas, takes an interest in the personal lives of his staff, communicates directives and objectives clearly, gives genuine praise, actively listens, and acts swiftly to resolve issues. He also has a keen ability to keep everyone in the office belly laughing, and morale high. Working for Charlie has been a pleasure, and I would jump at the opportunity to work together again in the future.
